UWORLD percentage

I'm currently prepping for my second shot at the NCLEX. I failed the first time at 150 questions. I feel like I just wasn't ready content wise, went in hungry (literally didn't eat breakfast), and with a lot of pressure. I've spent time relearning and handwriting notes making sure I am familiar with content, and have been hand-writing the rationales to my UWORLD questions. But for some reason I cant get above like 67% average on my test scores with UWORLD. I have been studying and have been trying my hardest to really try and understand this exam but IDK what it is. I've taken 3 CAT's and they've all stopped at 85 and the one self assessment I did I scored 70% and got "high chance of passing" but I hear these people getting like 75% average on their test scores. Any insight would be helpful and appreciatted
