Can someone explain the deal with white stellar amulets?

So i was looking at the poe 2 trade site and saw white stellar amulets going for 1 exaclt a piece. I listed mine for 1 and was immediatly spammed by more than 100 people to buy it with one guy topping it off by offering 90 exalts.

Why on earth is it worth that much and why are so many listed for just 1 exalt if people are willling to pay that much more for it?

Also, are there other white items like that that i should know of?
