Discharge of misery build

Looking for the best class to pair old school Mjolner discharge and a pob.. Ancestral commander looks good with the extra endurance charges, scavenger is a game changer with void battery and now frenzy charge generation with oro's sacrifice, which would require precursor rings with mod chance to gain maximum charges.

Discharge is one of my favorite builds, GGG is expert level trolls to call it of misery lol.
