should i overclock my CPU / GPU ?

Hey!

So today i replaced my old cpu with an new ryzen 5 5600. for cooling i use the "Be Quiet pure rock 2 tower" and i am achieving max temperatures between 60-61°C when using benchmarks like "3DMark Timespy" "Heavens Benchmark" and "Superposition"

as for the GPU i am using an RX 6700 XT Red Devil from Power Color. this one reaches up to 97°C-99°C at the Hot Spot and 70°C GPU Temperature. Memory Junction sits at 77°C within the stated benchmarks. Although this seems pretty high, the cooler fans are only running at 50% for that. I am assuming i could definitly tweak the fan curve for that one.

So my question is: Should i overclock any of these? how much more performance could i really get from it?

I never overclocked myself, but with the temperatures of the CPU i kinda feel like that there could be more in stock for me, and i would love to get the most out of my money spent.

Games i play in the moment:

Baldurs Gate 3
League of Legends
Valorant
Diablo IV

Mostly i am interested in getting more performance in Baldurs Gate 3.

If i should overclock, how do i start? whats the safest way to approach this?
