Can i refund?

I recently got an RTX 4070 Super without knowing that the 50 Series would come out so soon. I Have the box but i don’t have the protection things for the DP and HDMI ports, is it still refundable? I want to refund so i can get the 5070 Instead being a lot cheaper and as powerful as the 4090

I Bought it on amazon today
