PSU dillema

So, i got Endorfy Vero L5 700W Bronze, and Gigabyte UD750GM PG5 750W Gold ATX 3.0 Both on sale. Plan was to sell Endorfy because i got a good deal on it, and put Gigabyte in my PC, but as i started to read, it doesnt seem that going with Gigabyte is the wisest idea considering their past with PSUs. Now i am more inclined towards putting Vero L5 in me PC, and returning the Gigabyte. Any opinions? Obviously i dont want to fry my PC, cause i aint the richest, and for the first time in my life i can play the games i have been playing all my life on more than 25/30 frames.

For those not in know, Endorfy is a Polish brand, that replaced SilentiumPC and SPC Gear, so it is not unknown and not on any black lists.
