My dog has officially claimed the new sofa and won’t share

So i finally got a new modular sofa for my living room because my old one was falling apart. the second i set it up, my dog decided it was his new kingdom. no joke...he sprawled across the whole thing and now gives me side-eye whenever i try to sit down. i thought the modular part would be cool for moving pieces around, but it’s just turned into his personal puzzle to conquer. like, i rearranged the pieces to make more space, and he somehow took over all of it again. i don’t even know how he manages to do this. is anyone else dealing with furniture-dominating pets? i love him, but come on, i bought it for me! oh, and for anyone wondering, it’s a rovelab sofa. super comfy, but apparently way too comfy for me to get a turn.
