Phainon kit theory (true damage ult)

This post is a follow up on my 2 other Phainon kit speculation posts.

As i discussed on my other posts, it is very likely that Phainon is an ult reliant DPS if we choose to draw parallels with his HI3 counterpart as Deliverance signets in HI3 (which are Kevin's signets) in the Elysian Realm all are related to buffs from using ultimates.

Now... after the 3.0 livestream and with recent leaks about Castorice and Phainon being the 2 characters Hoyo wants to shill and that will have the dpotlight throughout 3.x (basixally what we already assumed) then i came up with another theory regarding his kit

The mechanic introduced in 2.x from the MC was superbreak and characters that Hoyo really wanted to push like Firefly and Rappa were able to take advantage of it, so we can assume the new mechanic RMC introduces in 3.x will be rasily abused by either one of the 2 characters i stated above or both.

We were told in the livestream that true damage is similar to superbreak, and from what we saw during beta we can confirm this fact, true damage is an additional instance of damage dealt after attacking an enemy, just like superbreak. So from this we can get to 1 assumption... true damage will be able to stack with other sources of true damage, so if we get a DPS with true damage built into their kit then that makes RMC and their future replacement (who i assume to be Cyrene but that is kind of going off topic) this DPS' BiS

So now... what are the ways in which RMC increases the true damage multiplier? Well there are 2 of them, and both are sort if related to ultimates which we are assuming is Phainon's main source of damage, the max energy of the ally with Mem's support and if their ult has 0 energy (basically working on stacks like Acheron and Feixiao do)

With this we can conclude that in the future there will be both a DPS that has 200 max energy and one that has an ult that works without energy like Acheron and Feixiao. Both of them with built in true damage.

According to the recent leaks we have 2 DPS who will be in the spotlight during Amphoreus, Castorice and Phainon, which leads me to believe both have true damage built into their kirs to stack with RMC, with Phainon probably having the special ult (Castorice is remembrance so she may want Sunday and Sunday regens energy on ult)

So with this we are left with Phainon's posdiblr kit being... a true damage dealing special ult.
