First time purchasing through international shipping, need help.

So I just bought a 200$ arcade stick from Korea last Sunday and I've been monitoring its movement through the tracking number it came with. I had it shipped through EMS, and yesterday evening a new log appeared that said unsuccessful delivery at PHZone 7 with the reason and result tabs left blank. Now it got me quite concerned and I still am, and I don't even know who to contact regarding this issue. What does PHZone 7 even mean? Does it mean Region 7? Am I still going to receive my parcel? What do I do in this situation?

Also I live in Cagayan de Oro, if that makes any difference.
