I have a very odd phobia

I've lived in my home for over 17 years now, and ever since we moved in, we've had one of these in our bathroom. I've been scared of it since the moment I saw it. I don't know why, but I feel like the big heater lights are eyes and they follow my every move. It's like an extreme case of pareidolia. I can't stand underneath it without feeling my fight or flight kick in, I hate turning the actual fan on, and even when I'm standing away from it in the shower, I still can't stop thinking about how it's there.

Other I am afraid of : this one and this one. Not so afraid of these ones

Probably one of the weirdest phobias ever.
