Clean up this picture of my grandparents and their friends? Will tip $25

This picture of my grandparents, my great grandpa, and their huge group of friends was found in a box but it’s a little faded or under exposed. I’d love to surprise my mom with a clearer version! Side note this seems like a really fun crowd. I scanned it in grayscale and “color” not sure which would be easier to fix up.
