Update- I (female) had to play in the men's intermediate tournament as mix doubles and took 3rd place!

Earlier this week I posted looking for some advice because no women's teams signed up in a local tournament, so they told me I could play mixed doubles in the men's division.

There were 11 teams total and we took 3rd place! It was so satisfying winning games against men. My partner didn't want to take any shots from me, so we split the court pretty eventually. Of course I was targeted, but after a few good returns, my opponent realized it wasn't working.

Just wanted to share that update since this was my first tournament. Hopefully this summer I can play some bigger tournaments!
