DB Sparking Zero bugs in Dodi Repacks

I downloaded the game from Dodi Repacks as said in the title but when I get to the frieza fight I can't use the spirit bomb, scratch that, In ANY fight to be honest. I've tried everything even redownloading the game but still that's one of bugs, so my question is if anyone could help with the problem or tell me where to download another version of the game
