Is This Ps ?

I was told this could’ve been ringworm, scabies , or chicken pox at first by my mom i didn’t think so because there was no itch and it only looked kinda like ringworm , she told me to go to the urgent care but i just got anti fungals. Well in another subreddit someone told it looked like what they had the dark spot “gerald spot” when i had a name to search it looked so much more similar than the ringworm. Well tmr i’m finally going to urgent care bc they told me it is a long thing to get over 😔 i already have facial acne with dark spots now my body too… bc i’m away from home @ college i can’t get to my pcp or dermatologist so i hope they can help.

Last photo is how it started 2 weeks ago then 2 days later the rest came.
