Camera app major overhaul

Hey there - I'm on 14 Beta. After the last update, my camera is much different, it's a major change to the UI. I don't think it's really an improvement, but there are also a few things in the settings that I don't think were there before (but it can't remember exactly what they are at the moment, I'll update that).

I'm just wondering if this is related to the beta or is it a universal update of the camera app? I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else, that's why I'm wondering. Mine is now version 9.0.115.
