Disgusting sinks? Ewwwww

Is it just my location, or are the sinks gross all over? I mean really, how fard would it be to go in and wipe down the sinks once an hour? (or two even). They are always wet and soapy at my location, and since they took away paper towels from the bathroom, I can even do it myself.

Yuck!
