How many Bowlingseeds to get it good?

I have farmed quite a bunch of it through the rent a plant method, because I heard it's a rather good plant, especially in Penny's pursuit against Zomboss. However I don't have any idea how many seeds are needed to get it good.

What is a good level to have it at and how many seeds do I need for it?
