Can we get an “I Hate Scalpers” Megathread?

MODS! Can we maybe get an “I Hate Scalpers” or “I miss how collecting used to be” or “I’m done with the hobby” megathread? That’s all this sub is now. If I had to guess, MOST of these people crying and complaining have probably only been in the hobby for a couple sets now. Or collected a set or two 10 years ago.

I think everyone is frustrated but this is how the hobby is. Maybe not to this extent, but scarcity has always been a thing for super popular sets and this is just another high point in the hobby. It is up and down since the beginning of time.

You don’t “need” the newest cards. You’re just salty because you can’t get them as easily as you want.

There is so much more to the hobby. Vintage, other newish sets, great singles out there for a great price.

Stop crying about scalpers and enjoy what you can, with the money you can afford to spend and the availability of so many amazing vintage and modern singles out there.
