We could be a female

I was watching a lost bits video on poppy playtime time and it was talking about this bathroom in one of the old maps. The bathroom room stalls are the same color as the train in the gift shop in chapter 1. What caught my interest was the it was in the woman’s side. The male side didn’t even have anything. Could this mean we are a female protagonist?
