In poor taste to give this person a ticket after their window was smashed.

It says a lot about what’s important to this city government- “We’re not gonna do diddly-dick about the junkies breaking into your cars, businesses and homes, but if you park in a zone M with a zone N permit we’re gonna nail your balls to the ceiling.”
