Looking for places to hike

Hello, Canadian living in Northern Portugal for the year. In Canada I would go on a lot of hikes with my dog. Wondering if there are any places to go walking to see more of the beautiful country, as I want to get out of my room (especially because the weather is much warmer this time of the year than my home). I’m located in Sangalhos, not far from Aveiro. Thank you all in advance!
