Can a uti cause slight bleeding

Hi ladies,

Kinda had a panic yesterday and ended up at a&e just to find a have a uti and was told I'd be fine with my antibiotics, how ever this evening after going to the bathroom I saw the tissue was slightly pink and red, unfortunately I went into panic and ended up calling 111, and then got handed over to the early pregnancy unit who said they'd get back to me in an hour.

But now I'm panicking even more over this as I found slight spotting in my underwear.

I'm only almost 7 weeks and this is my first pregnancy.
