New Gen 5 Prime Heater Problems

Hi all. New to this group as I picked up my 2024 prime 2 weeks ago. Have 900 miles on it and only used 9 gallons of gas so far absolutely love this vehicle. It actually has better steering feel then an f80 m3 I used to own!

I am having an issue with the heat. I cannot seem to get it going consistently. Temps are in the upper teens Fahrenheit. Unless I can get the motor to run (also not consistent if I have a full ev charge) then I have no heat. Is there something wrong with the heat pump in this car? I believe it worked the first week I had the car. If I can get the motor running then I can get heat.

Any advice would be appreciated. Otherwise I love this car. It is getting a set of 16” Nokian winters on it tomorrow in enkei wheels.
