New EU regulations - eIDAS Article 45 and 45a

Hello! Hope you're all doing great.

Anyone know how we could potentially circumvent the criminal behaviour by the EU to implement eIDAS Article 45 and 45a?Tresspassing on our privacy and looking into the windows of your virtual homes?

Any stance on this from Proton?I'm definitely not an expert on the matter of https/secure protocols and such but at least from what I can gauge it would give them the ability to track all our traffic from the browser side?
And the usecase for a VPN would deminish greatly.

I'd be grateful for any insights in the matter or educating my very limited knowledge.
