So , did they forget about rosetta ?

I remember the last time she made an appearance was during the kowlong main quest , and even then , she didnt have much significance and it was only a short cameo ... before that , it was the narwhal quest? And it was such a long time ago (probably during pgr initial release) I really like her character and design , so i do hope that they introduce a new frame for her and give her a little more significance
