Branch interviews; when do they start and how should we prepare?

Anyone know when we are supposed to start doing branch interviews? Haven't heard anything from our Cadre so any news would be helpful. Also, how should we prepare for it? Should we prepare answers in advance depending on what branch we're interviewing for or would a "blanket answer sheet" or notes suffice? Thanks.
