Books where it's not clear exactly what happened

For my own writing, I am looking for books (or short stories, or single chapters) where the narrator isn't sure exactly what events took place, or is hiding parts of it (unreliable narrator), etc. Trying to finish my novel with an open ending (if you have recs for open ending, drop those too please).
