How did I do? Bought a used bike.
I bought a new home and they have a promotion where they give you a $1,600 gift card towards a RadPowerBike. The result is a lot of people in my neighborhood have one and they never use it because they had no interest in getting one.
I didn't use my gift card just yet because I've been doing some research but I think I want the highest model RadRunner 3 plus or the RAD Rover 6.
My dad's been talking about wanting an e-bike for a while but he didn't want to spend the money on a RadPower.
A neighbor posted this up today for sale for $500 (only used for about 5 minutes they told me). I rushed over and bought it on behalf of my Dad. I rode it around for a little bit and it was my first time riding an electric bike. Super cool! Now I'm hooked and excited to order mine.
I just wanted to get introduced to the community I'm happy to be here and pretty excited for what I think is a great deal for my Dad. I'm looking forward to getting my own soon. I appreciate any advice on model or any tips or accessories you recommend I buy. Is there anything specific I should check on this bike? It looks brand new.
