What should I do?

Basically I solo que a lot because my friends I play with are emerald and diamond and playing with them ruined my kd and they don’t carry as much as they should giving the fact they make the lobbies so much harder and I myself can keep up with plats but when I solo que my teammates are straight up copper-bronze and I keep losing so any tips on how to bypass horrible teammates??
