Rakuten not giving the cashback they advertise?
I just ordered a Dyson gen5Detect vacuum from Dyson and did some shopping at Macy's. Dyson's Rakuten offer on the site showed 22% at the time of my purchase and Macy's showed 12%. However, I just got the cashback processed on Rakuten, and the numbers are 12% and 2% respectively (still pending though). What is up with this? I triple-checked and all my orders are valid and not under the terms & exclusion!
