Corp card deactivated, a bit nervous.

Just to start - I've had no previous problem with my corp card, never charged personal expenses to it, and have always gotten expense reports in on time.

This week I was told by my manager I have a few dollars on my card account, concur is bothering him about it. I figured it may have been something the company wasn't willing to pay for and I'd just forgotten about it. So I tried to log in to my cardholder account but couldn't remember my password; tried to reset it and in the process got kicked out of the app. Went to the website and tried to reset my password there, and when I tried I got a message saying my card was deactivated. I guess the bank thought it may have been someone attempting to fraudulently get into my card account.

This makes me a bit nervous - I wasn't trying to be malicious, but is this a fireable offence? If not will I be able to get another card? I'm out of the office for a week so I won't be able to talk to my admins about this for a little while. I don't want to worry all throughout my time off if it is no big deal.
