Why is the RDO community so nice

I recently started playing RDO after finishing the story twice, I wanted to see how I would be treated so I made my character a coloured women. In gta online I got lit up immediately by a 9 year old screaming slurs I’ve never heard in my life while in RDO someone came by and dropped me a pelt to help. Is it just everyone in RDO is more mature or is it because I got lucky when started?
