I've had two terrible experiences with Domino's and I'm never going back.

The first time.

I ordered through the mobile app here. The delivery time was not displayed. It's been 1 hour and 30 minutes since I placed the order, and there's no update. I tried to find the store's number on the app but couldn't. Finally, I found the number in the chat section, but it was unreachable. I had to go there myself to pick up the order. The staff at the store told me that there was no delivery boy available, so they didn't send the order. They didn't even bother to inform me about the issue. I even tried to complain to Domino's through a tweet message, but no one seems to care.

The second time.

I visited a Domino's store with my daughter. She was excited to try their red velvet cake, so I started to place our order. However, before I could even finish specifying what I wanted, the staff member abruptly interrupted me and printed the bill.

I politely explained that I needed more time to decide and that I still wanted to inquire about other options, such as garlic bread. But the staff member was incredibly rude and dismissive. He insisted that I had to accept the order as it was and became quite aggressive in his tone. This was a completely unacceptable and unprofessional interaction. I felt disrespected and uncomfortable, especially in front of my child.

To make matters worse, when I attempted to file a complaint with Domino's customer service, they were unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. Their lack of empathy and resolution further solidified my negative impression of the company."

These two experiences with Domino's highlight a pattern of poor customer service, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior that have completely eroded my trust in the brand. From delayed deliveries and unresponsive support to rude in-store interactions, it’s clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. These incidents have left me frustrated and disappointed.
