I can't play Roblox on my xbox

Whenever I load in I have no options and I'm immediately met with picture 2 I can't log out because my account isn't even logged in as it shows a username "NOT_A_REAL_PLAYER" however if I uninstall and reinstall it's starts to work with my account just fine but as soon as I close the game I'm met with the same issue I don't know what to do help is appreciated 👍
