Hair stylist recs!

So I’ve always been stuck in the Y2K era and always wanted to have those chunky highlights but didn’t get them because I thought they are way out of style and I’ll get too many annoying comments about them 😂 but now that this style is ‘in’ and has been rebranded as ‘calico hair’ I’d love to change it up and try it out for myself! Does anyone have a recommendation as to who can do a style like this in Rockland/bergen or westchester without breaking the bank?
