🥲 lost my account...

Guys I am done 😭 I accidentally deleted rc while clearing my phone and when I downloaded it again.. I can't get my account back..😵‍💫 All my progress is gone I had completed all the seasons and episodes of updated stories ( bad english sry :/ ) I had little to no diamonds tbh ( around 400-500? 😭 ) but atleast that was better than 50?? Not the update is here and I have to complete all the episodes and seasons + I got no diamonds so it's gonna be a nightmare 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Can somebody pls help me?
