David Romance Path

I’ve been a bit messy and chosen all diamond choices for multiple LIs but in s2e7, I’ve suddenly been locked out of David’s romance path? I’ve taken all of his choices and had access to all his romance options, according to the wiki, up to and including s2e6 so I’m super confused as to why I suddenly no longer have access to them? Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas please?
