Anyone else?

Today luckily I got a card from the wheel and only this card seemingly has option to gift it to someone else or it's a bug because it's written that i Have none gift copies. I'm not gonna try it because I totally love this card but I'm wondering, does anyone else have the same issue? But honestly it would be great to be able to send Cards won on the wheel
