Owners not responding

Other sitters - do you expect responses from the owners when you send updates? I always check with owners to see if they would like regular updates via text, photos, and videos and I have never had an owner say no. Usually pet parents respond at least by “liking” some of the messages but many respond with texts of their own, questions, etc. I’m working a job now where the parents haven’t responded to a single thing I’ve sent and it’s been two days. During the meet and greet they said they would love as many updates as I’m able to give so I’ve sent lots of photos and videos. Their dogs are also very old (14 and 15) and one is deaf with limited mobility, so I would assume they’d be extra eager to know how they’re doing. I am a little surprised that they haven’t responded in any way, despite requesting regular updates. Perhaps it’s my own anxiety (or the fact that if I left my babies with a stranger I would absolutely be responsive to updates) but I’m beginning to grow worried. At what point would you start getting concerned about not hearing back? If you’ve ever dealt with unresponsive pet parents, how did you handle it?
