Meet & Greet Switcharoo!

Vent: I have had many new female clients reach out to me to sit their doggies. I created the meet and greet give them my address and time and then the day of M&G I get the message.

I will not be able to make it but my husband will be able to bring the dogs!

Ok, but, on my end, I have asked my husband to be out of the house to make them feel safe (woman to woman) and now I am here in my home by myself with a strange man.

I always have to ask my potential clients to give me their husbands full name a the car they are driving.

This may be a small thing but, I just had a meet & Greet that turned into me having to to THEIR house and SHE was still at work but HUSBAND was home.

It turned out fine but, I asked my son to ride with me as I do not do housesitting for people I do not know and felt weird about going to someone's home when the wife was not there.

Anyone else have these feelings, how do you handle the mrs. mr. switcharoo?
