After an overnight sitting, my past few clients have said thank you so much, we really appreciate you but don’t relieve review. Is my wording maybe bad?

So I had a 4 day sitting last week and gave them a really good price to fit their budget and also had to give their dog medicine and take special care of him. She said we really appreciate you and thank you after the sitting. I texted her: you are so welcome. I enjoyed taking care of your babies. I would so appreciate it if you left a review on Rover.you don’t have to leave a tip either, it might pop up and you can just hit no tip.”

She said oh of course! She didn’t leave a review. Same thing happened for my last sitting, but I didn’t say anything about the tip. She replied of course! And no review.

Do you think I should leave instructions on how to leave a review on rover too or wait a few days after the sitting to ask?

I just know how important it is on rover to get reviews
