RMG+ Cancellation

Anyone had luck cancelling their RMG+ subscription? I tried cancelling a few months ago. I followed a prompt through the app that took me to an email draft to [email protected]. I received an automated response that they received my email, but no further action was taken. I never heard anything back and decided not to follow up.

I just followed the same process last night and received the automated response again. I'm curious if this will get me anywhere, or if there's a more effective way to cancel?
