First half marathon done… now what?

Staten Island was my first half marathon race and I’m struggling to know what to do next. In an ideal world, I would love to run the United or RBC half (lottery contingent). I don’t want to loose the progress I’ve made over the last few months. I signed up for shorter 4 milers/10K in November and February.

Could anyone offer some advice on what my weeks should look like now? I was following the NRC half plan which I loved, opting for 3-4 of the weekly 5 runs. Going from a plan to just me has me worried.
