Can I jack up only the rear?

I need to bleed my clutch fluid. Going to buy a jack and jack stands from harbor freight in the morning. I'm a total noob but I'm done getting ripped off by mechanics that know barely any more about my car than I do. I was wondering if any of the jacks at harbor freight can reach the front jacking point or if I can just jack up the rear of the car to get to the slave cylinder.
