What took your printing business to the next level? Contracts, additional services (embroidery, hard goods, fulfillment, etc.)?
My wife and I have been running a Screenprinting business together, just the two of us, out of our home for almost 3 years now. It's semi sustainable, but I feel like there's some component missing that would take us to a larger more profitable scale. For anyone who has their own business, or know someone who has, what was it that took you to the next level? Did you end up securing contracts with large clients? Or did you start offering additional services like embroidery, or heat transfers for sports teams?
