[NAFA/LASALLE] NAFA Freshman Orientation

Hi everyone! Second time posting to this community, you guys have been helpful the last time and I’m seeking your advice again. Sorry for the long post, I want to give some context

I’m sure by now all of us have come across the Ngee Ann Poly freshman orientation incident. And frankly that traumatised me quite abit even though I’m just a netizen coming across this on twitter and Instagram.

I just got into NAFA, I’ll be starting my first semester in august this year (Diploma in Theatre (English drama) for those that wanna make friends hehe). Seniors, is there going to be something like this, or something similar in NAFA too? Is there anything we need to mentally prepare for before we go into orientation? What is the orientation culture like?

I want to mentally prepare myself before going into this new environment with new people and places. I’ve read previous orientation letters online and it says that NAFA freshmen need not worry about ragging coz they have dignity and stuff, but I don’t think things like this will come to NAFA’s attention coz students might be too scared to bring it up to the appropriate authorities.

Both alumni and current seniors are welcome to share their opinions and advice! I’m just tryna help out other freshmen like me that have concerns like these when they enter a new school!
