/tg/ metagangs?

It's just a question, dont start getting mad or something else

Is this community known for it's metagangs? Every time I play I can see the same players together with important jobs, admins orbiting around them or the opposite, these people orbiting around admins, being summoned inside of the thunderdome arena etc...Or perhaps there are a LOT of admins? I don't know

I'm not talking about statics

EDIT: no one talked about this but I want to clarify, I'm not accusing any admin, especially since it doesn't just concern them
