Is this glitch patched?

There is a glitch where if you give a blueprint to another player, and they use it, it gets built at your location. This way, you can even build in outer space.

However, when you try this glitch for a non-terrain object, so for the sun, gas planets, the Siphoning Ship, the Labyrinth and non-terrain cores of planets or moons (such as Titan's core), the glitch won't work for factories and mills and gives the "You must be on a planet (not Earth) to place this building." message.

Does this mean this glitch is patched for these objects?
