how often do lsb come back?

hey everyone. so money was kind of tight around the holidays so i wasn’t able to buy all of the jabba ones a few week ago, so i was just wondering how often lightspeed bundles come back, if they ever do? is it basically just random or do they come back around holidays. not sure if there’s a definitive answer but thanks!
