Stop trying to sell with a bad offer

I read too many people here trying to sell without an offer.

Everyone's stuck here:

  • "We help companies grow with data"
  • "We only serve startups"
  • "We're different because we use ML"
  • "We boost your revenue with AI";
  • "We can do SEO, ads, emails, affiliate".

This isn't an offer. It's desperation.

Your offer is the difference between money & failure. Everything else is just decoration.

  • Bad offer leads to "I'll think about it"
  • Good offer leads to "When can we start?"

A bad offer will:

  • Confuse your prospects
  • Create endless objections
  • Kill your conversion rates

And yes, this happens even if you have:

  • the most beautiful website
  • amazing content daily
  • perfect ads with smart targeting
  • the best cold emails

None of that matters if your offer is bad.

And if you're not good at it, use these 5 pillars of a solid offer (I use these with every client):

  1. Solve a painful, urgent, recognized, and expensive (PURE) problem
  2. Show exactly how you solve it (capability/credentials/tech)
  3. List clear deliverables (what do they actually get?)
  4. Find your unique selling point (why you vs alternatives?)
  5. Price it right (based on value, not market averages)

I don't care if you sell AI, analytics, or automation. I don't care if you target startups or enterprises.

But sell with an actual offer.

This is what I do for a living at SaasUp, so if you come at me, do it with facts please.
